Position:
Industrial Painter - Manufacturing, Full-Time, 2nd Shift

Position Overview:
The industrial spray painter will spray surfaces of manufactured products. The painter will stir and pour paint into spray containers and apply primer or finishing coats of paint using a spray gun.

• Mix coating paints to desired ratios and prepare spraying equipment such as cleaning or adjusting spray guns.
• Willing to take direction from group leader and follow assignments. Be a self-starter, not always working under direct supervision.
• Be capable of reading and understanding technical documents such as paint mixing procedures and maintaining sprayer equipment in working condition.
• Clean spraying equipment with solvent or other recommended cleaning solutions on daily bases.
• Maintain the paint mix room in clean condition while following the company safety policies.
• Use the breathing air supply system when spraying epoxy paints.
• Maintain proper respirator care and operation.
• Prepare parts for spray painting when not engaged in painting activities.

• Capability of working up to 11-hour shifts.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience.
• Be able to spray paint in standing, bending and kneeling positions.
• Lift/carry up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis.

• Utilize measuring tools such as calipers and protractors to ensure dimensions and angles are being maintained
• Lifting parts up to 60 lbs
• Standing for long periods of time throughout the course of a shift

Welders are responsible for ensuring that all job orders are welded to specification, and that all parts are inspected upon completion before the next step in the process can take place.

• Highly proficient in all areas of welding (MIG, TIG, Stick)
• Ability to set-up own jobs and weld according to blue print, maintaining required tolerances and angles as specified
• Ability to read and interpret blue prints without assistance
• Ability to use necessary measuring tools
• Ability to grind own welded work to achieve acceptable cosmetic appearance
• Ability to push/pull/carry up to 70 pounds without assistance
• Creativity and excellent problem solving skills a plus
• 3 years minimum experience required, prefer 5 years or more

Position Summary:
Press brake operators produce parts from metals and plastics using computer numeric controlled (CNC) equipment that will make precision bends according to blueprints. Operators will make set-ups, adjustments to speeds, material thickness, appropriate tonnage and tooling for each part being formed. They will make sure that machine is working well at full capacity, is well-maintained, produces quality products and make periodic checks on formed parts to ensure products are ready for the next operation.

CNC Operator - Manufacturing - 2nd-Shift Position

Position Summary:
The CNC Operator will manufacture parts per blueprint, or process instruction, ensuring all specifications are met.

• Responsible for setup, setting offsets and simple program edits.
• Detects equipment malfunctions or out of tolerance machining and adjusts machine appropriately.
• Ensures that every finished piece meets specifications.

• 2 years of previous CNC operation experience
• CNC Fanuc control set-up capability a plus.
• Knowledge of tool holders, cutting tools, boring bars, fixtures, inserts and other accessories used on various machines.
• Ability to hold fabrication tolerances at +/- .001 (or better) is a must.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints with understanding of geometric tolerance and dimensions.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments a must.
• Ability to push/pull/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Basic computer skills a plus.
• Creativity and excellent problem-solving skills a must.
